Natural stone has been used as a walling and cladding material for buildings for years, with Portland stone being the dominant stone used in Dorset. ASR have worked on a variety of external cladding and walling projects; including extensions to Listed properties, HMP The Verne and Albion Stone’s offices.
We are happy to assist with the selection of stone and advise on the type of walling and cladding to be considered for the project. ASR work with a variety of different types of walling and cladding: machine-cropped, hand-dressed, load bearing ashlar, traditional cladding and rainscreen cladding.
